I didn't have to let anyone go...yet. My next period's schedule will have to have 100 hours less/week (no joke) to barely make labor with the amount of TMs I have. I have only have10 TMs, half of them are part time. It's going to be brutal cutting back or getting written up, never mind how that extra 100 hours of work is going to get done.

You mean the percentage drops when your sales go up..... that is less labor percentage but still works out to more or equal labor dollars. Do the math.
Time to cut corners. Shelves wont be looking as tight and organized as they used to. Details will fall behind until the next store walk...we are losing about 80hrs/week with new budget plus unmotivated, bummed out tms
