The people with original thoughts are leaving this company left and right. Stls and coordinators are so afraid of senior leadership they don't question anything. They make these decisions before they even think them all the way through. It's unfortunate for the people who do the work and suffer.

There are many other options out there. Other companies will hire you, because they need a fire in the belly. That is what we have in spades and what the company needed to change. WFM wants you on a leash.
