Some of these cuts were a long time coming. Irma was implemented for the reason of cutting the buyers. So, flash to the future. Why did we do the sku realignment? To get rid of each region relying on a department coordinator, associate coordinators, merchandisers, buyers. It would cut costs for us to negotiate for pricing on a global scale instead of regionally. No matter which position you hold have a plan. One question.... Why did they have us sign that paperwork amending the gig concerning moving to new stores. Something about how if sales don't go as expected they can change your position, pay, place of employment... Why didn't they just do that for these tms?

I work at regional. Some people were already let go.
I've heard there will be a second wave of cuts in January, Management related.
