Come on guys, look at the facts. One of the seasoned MTLs of the region left the company out of the blue in mid-summer, following a spur of 5 MTLs leaving the position and/or company. Few asked questions - maybe a coincidence? Then the regional Marketing Coordinators put a halt on MTL hiring until the new fiscal year. Everyone knew these facts. This shouldn't be a surprise.

We didn't know anything. We were just miserable and set up to fail. There is no "open door policy" at WFM.
