Anyone know the situation at these stores, chelsea, 14th st, Columbus Circle, Brooklyn.

Understaffed and DIRTY at 97th west side location, many team members barely speak english to help customers. Poor attitudes for many of these people and team leaders. Customer once ask where heavy cream is and team member sent them to coffee bar! I overheard this on my lunch and direct customer where it was in dairy aisle. The store leader (Miss gloom and doom) always has poor attitude and makes team members feel uneasy she doesn't say hi to team members and ALWAYS in her office. She hugs fellow team leader friend then hire them based on if she like them and not care what team members think about this in interview.
