How much does a typical STL make (total comp)? Anyone knows the number(s)?

Yup. I had the same issue with a ASTL in SW. This person would make up lies about my activities and work. Telling our tl in an email "i dont know why she hasnt done this yet", when store leadership and my tl knew i had done what i was suppose to. Without proof, Saying a guest complained about my body odor and that i was in violation of the gig book (uh..yeah, im serious..wtf) etc.they also took that opportunity to tell me my jeans are too tight and if i have any issues dealing with changing my lifestyle and attitude then i should probably just leave instead.
I had talked to store leadership, tmsl, and my tl only to be told to 'tough it out, theyre leaving soon for different stores". never repremanded for shit.
Good thing i had/have access to legal counsel through a relatives retirement package and knew what was being done to me was harassment (and also according to LPI..)
Amen, RM! I went to the STL about a TL I felt uncomfortable about. The STL was terse and dismissive. So, I talked about it to some TMs. Word got back to TL, TL went to ATL, and I was put on instantaneous final notice for not fielding my concerns with the appropriate parties. I certainly tried! And the legitimate concerns I had were still not addressed.
Anything tragic? "We're out of Spa Water!! "
You mean like that?
Come on.
Listens to my problems? Are you kidding? I wouldn't DARE confide in ANY leadership. The one time I made the mistake of thinking they give more than zero shits about me, it was thrown in my face a month later, "it seems like you have been having some problems lately....." The only answer to "How are you?" from leadership is "Fantastic!" They HATE bad news. I do my crying in the car on the way home. Grow up, They don't care about anyone. They care about their own wallet and ego.
That's not true. They have to REAPPLY for those jobs.
A lot of these TMs took higher positions and now they have no job.
Well lets base it all on Lamar!! Grow up, 420 stores.
First responder my ass. Not here at Lamar
Yes, it is crazy that the person who listens to all of you problems, is responsible for the conditions of the store, morale, emergencies, and everything else is the store makes more money that a TM.
The path to leadership is open to all, quit complaining and take a higher position.
Side not, your "base pay" of 110k is too high. Oh, and the STL would also be the first responder to anything tragic. Carry on.
Actually it varies region to region. I knew an astl in one region that made a hell of alot more hourly then an STL in another region. It's wacked.

Base salary 110k, cash bonus 25k, 10k in stocks (may be less now), profit sharing 30k, soooo here it goes 110+25+10+30=175K
