Trim the fat where it needs trimmed, with Whole Foods leadership. We have 4 over-paid babysitters in our store, making over 50k a year to walk around in slow motion pretending to fluff displays. 7 out of 8 buyers in our store have already taken the severance. Look to our stocks for the problems, it's not with our menial employees, it's with Walter Robb and John Mackey and our Regional Presidents. They have continued to underperform and instead of admitting failure, it's easier for them to point fingers. Slowly but surely they have depleted our stores of it's knowledge base and most talented individuals in search of part-time, 11 dollar an hour employees who neither care or know how to care. WF is moving in the same direction as Walmart. They want more and more from less and less. The math doesn't add up. Remember when John Mackey devalued all of the employees at Wild Oats Market? To the effect that he called them 'retarded'? Now he's on to bigger and better, his own employees. Thanks John for always being such a stand up guy! You too Walter Robb!! Good job losers!

At the end of the day I hope the best for everyone at Whole Foods! Many great people and great relationships! John Mackey and Walter Robb probably mean well in their own weird way, they're just out of touch with day to day in-store. I don't regret a day of hard work there and I am excited for a change and for the future! Stay positive everyone!!!!
Dude...I'm not sure what region you're in but ASTL's make about 70k. And then add bonuses.
Option 1!
Global can't comprehend what FDR laid out in front of them many years ago. Real strength is in the labor force. There is a reason people get fired for even talking about Unions at Whole Foods. John Mackey hates a strong and united labor force because he can't bully them.
Nobody from Global got cut
"They want more and more from less and less." EXACTLY
Truth be told
You are RIGHT on the money
