@ the peeps still working vigorously for the company, even with impending doom, you'll be alright because that kind of work ethic is hard to find!
Maybe it's just group yoga. They are a pretty stressed out group.
Good luck to you sir. I was interrupted working on an important project by the layoff meeting request email back in 2013. Literally had to pull the pencil out of my hand to tell me to "get out". It was a horrible feeling.
My VP is booked from 8-12 just about every Tuesday. And Thursday. And Monday. Come to think of it, they are always in meetings, I thought that was their job. Silly me.
Wish it didn't need to happen, but I am ready for it to be over with.

Booked as in hiding in the aquarium with Doug. Be on the lookout for increased security, its going to happen. I'm determined to save my tears for when I get home. I have lived my time at CHK but can't shake the feeling that this is it for me. With that said, I'm getting back to my project. I won't have been let go for being a dead beat that's for damn sure.
