I worked for a meat tl that didn't know how to cut meat and padded his inventory by freezing rotten turkey carcasses, and an atl that also didn't know how to cut meat or set a case, and ultimately got charged with molesting 2 children. Why were these guys so successful? They had mastered the art of kissing ass! Omar, and his lackeys value yes men and women above all else, including running a profitable f***ing GROCERY STORE! People have had so much air blown up their asses by a company that makes them feel special it blows my mind! It's a goddam publicly held, for profit grocery store! Not all, but many long term employees did not deserve what they were earning by merit of work performed, but more for regurgitating the bullshit, and soothing your team leaders ridiculous egos! Sorry for the wake up call, it's sad for you deserving folks.
