What's happening in the MA? So sad. Scott Allhouse makes way too much money and cashed out 2 million dollars in stock last year. Julia Obici is useless. And what the heck does Sam Park even do, besides pick his favorite male STLs? He makes Jane and Nicole do all the work while he makes big bucks. And while they are both nice they make too much money as well. All Nicole does is Instagram and Facebook! And Anthony Capuano??! He is a joke and a drunk! The coordinators just eat and go to happy hour, and force their ACs to do all the work. Yet we are cutting jobs to hard working , devoted team members

Nicole is a fair and decent leader-in fact quite good..Jane is as well,but a bit overwelmed i think at her job.Sam Park-President of Sams club? We all have heard it-! Sam sits high in the tower while lording over his manor and treats most as vassals.Life is good if you are in the club-otherwise nothing is enough.Most regional leadership in the MA has forgotten that the little people in the store work hard to pay their big salaries.Mixed messages and poor communication between regional and those with boots on the ground in store abounds.Most will come in and not even attempt to find leadership,which in effect undermines the store structure. and the day to day.Whole body regional shows up in store only at holidays as as cya measure,specialty is the same-cs too.The other regional leadership is a little better with visits.
Julia Obici is clueless and out of touch.She should never be allowed a hand in store design or anything else.Healthy eating was a failure from the start and should have been shut down years ago.
Anthony Capuano is the biggest piece of shit. Dumb dumb dumb. And yes, Julia is useless. And a total c u next Tuesday.
Marketing TL and PBS to go metro. Demo specialist, backup artists, floral specialist, frozen buyers, bulk buyers all gone. Teams wit excessive number of ATLs or supervisors will have a year to reduce positions.
I'm an Artist in Mid-Atlantic and my entire marketing team was laid off today (other artist, team leader, demo specialist & HES). While I'm of course thankful to say I still have a job, this is not what I ever would have wanted in a million years. I love my team and I can't imagine working without them. It's devastating.

MId Atlantic is definitely on the chopping block. The team leader meeting today was held at a hotel (which never happens). Why the secrecy? We all know what's happening.
