the sell out occurred in the mid-90's..if you paid attention to movie we only had three regions back then-north carolina,massachusetts and southwest..mackey sold us out to venture capitalist..he talked about how important they were..and notice how they changed the core values to include"stakeholders" i.e. stockholders????
