FL Region had quite a few of their meetings or "reconstructures" done on Friday, along with several other Regions.
The fact they want no one to share information is laughable. They advocate a "shared fate" but then want complete secrecy?
I THINK NOT. WFM became my second family and family looks out for each other, even though I opted to leave.
Here's the break down from what I've heard through the FL Region Grapevine (OH, IRONY.):
1ASTL Per Store
1ATL Per TL
No Buyers (Responsibility will be shared through TL and ATL)
1 SGA Per Store
5 Metro Artists per 4-5 stores (Not sure how that'll work for Regions with multi-states)
1 Marketing "Liaison" per 3-4 stores (Not sure how that'll work for Regions with multi-states)
No Demo
No HSH
Everyone must reapply or fight for whats already available. (Sound familiar? HAHAHA.)
I haven't heard anything about Supervisors, PBS, TMSGs, or Trainers.
But that doesn't mean it won't happen.
For those reapplying - may the odds be ever in your favor and seriously consider your options.
If you move, you will not be compensated for moving fees - just an fyi.
