Another bit of information I have is that raises are being capped out at $1. So no matter what % you get, $1 is the most you can get.

$1 Cap in the South for the past year. But no one is getting the max increase anymore.
Bonuses I'm sure for leadership.
This morning STL said TMs capped at 5% 3% cap for Leadership? Regional? I don't remember that part.
There has been a $1 cap on raises in the MW for a long time.
At my store KNW the highest raise I've heard of is sixty something cents.
