If a customer complains don't worry, they will do what they do best. Not listen to the customer and just give them a $25 gift card. Happens all the time.

the florida region has been doing away with the front end ft. cashiers for a while.they are trying to duplicate what wallsmart and publix do-have a few grandfathered in full timers but (for show) and mainly have pt.20 people who are basically expendable and dont get benefits.this year the budgeting is terrible.i see stores where they never have enough cashiers and lines, yes lines at a whole foods!!! god forbid the rich and gluten free should have to wait in line.it gets like walmart at times where you have empty registers and like 3 open lines with angry customers..sooner or later this will bite them back in the form of customer complaints.what i dont understand is the busy season is approaching and they have no budgets to hire the staff to cover the holidays..

Budgets for Front End were cut in FL. Sure that's there way of making people quit when hours are cut.

As of right now, nothing was said about them, but I wouldn't be surprised if something happened.
