Deans at The Art Institutes are probably one of the most useless money sucking positions they have. Purely for show, they would be smart to cut all of them and make the presidents of the campus take on the rightful roll of campus leader.
Denial has to work itself out. Most folks aren't immediately ready to think about the inevitable let alone discuss it.
