In unrelated news, long lost Q drone found and promoted to VP for failing to deliver. Order restored in the Qocoon. Life back to normal in the Qplex.
162048: In regards of thinking; there really isn't a box out there. It's just another management deception tactic in the past to keep you inside their imaginary box. And it's not working anymore for the most part.
UberDrones will bring Uber "valuation" surging past qc market cap. They can dictate the terms for automotive and drone chipsets. Sharing economy baby!!!
Pizza delivery by corporate Jets!
6 jets x 24/7 = 0.001% S&M's fcking bonus
@ 161896: Q may potentially lose some customers to its competitors who delive pizza in the old-fashioned conventional way, when it comes to delivering large pizzas for parties. This can impact Q profit margin and its cash flow directly in the long term and investors certainly need to take this risk into account.
162039: That is exactly the kind of thinking that QC needs to be great again. A totally out of box thinking. Oh wait, maybe it is “in the box” thinking, since the pizza is still in the box.
All the snapdragons surpluses on that crappy 20nm process could be used to cook them in flight!
What kind of drones are we talking about? A drone that could carry several large pizzas and a six pack is probably a size of golf car. They might have trouble landing on the porch before they take out the landscape plants.

OP: Cost of pizza is rising due to cost of labor. In many cases, delivery people make over 2/3 of their income from tips. Where's the "awesome revenue" if drones can't also accept tips? Also, will the drones be able to deliver craft beer and Cokes? Will they make change--or is this simply a credit card transaction? Credit card only will cut down prospective customers after the big financial shake-out in the near future. Also, most pizza delivery jobs are held by university students. Fewer pizzas will be sold if fewer students have these part-time jobs. No part-time job means that students will not be able to afford fancy iPhones with QC chips, or apps and fitness toys from QC's IoT division(s). Students has a sadd has they sit in their "ghetto" apartments eating Ramen in front of antique b&w TV and and reminiscing about the good-old-days before drones took over all the good jobs....
