It looks like that we have about 30,000 employees as of now, what do you think, 12 months from now - how many employees will BD have? If we assume that 33% will be let go, would it be safe to say that we'll have 20,000 employees and 10,000 contractors? What the management does not know is that contractors do not care about the company, there is no sense of ownership, they are here just to make a quick buck - so - what do you think, how many employees will BD have in a year?

My guess is IT will lose 70% total... not sure what that means for overall percentage.
BD made a deal with the Devil. I gave more years than I care to mention to Carefusion and BD comes along and puts me out as trash. Remember, loyalty, dedication, working nights and weekends are no longer appreciated.
