I don't see myself as being productive over the next 60 (or whatever) days. This sucks.

Good luck competing with American Engineers on a fair and level interview field. No more conniving co-villagers to help you out. Doubt you have relevant skills.
you are much luckier than people who have been unceremoniously asked to go on PIP or leave last year... you got better severance package, eligible for unemployment.. no one expects you to be productive.... you will find better job.. anyways good old days of Qualcomm are over...
