This fake school continues to micromanage in order to pressure employees for numbers, especially in enrollment. Tell your manager and director that traditional schools don't have one-on-one meetings about numbers every two weeks. Push back and if they don't listen, share your experience with the DoE and the accreditor. These practices smack of a call center and not an institution of higher learning. Demand more from the liars and snakes in management.

@truth teller - no one spins shit so that students are put into programs they don't want. The reality is that many don't have a clue of what it takes to become an RN, physical therapist, psychologist, etc. Bottom line is that many would fail miserably in the attempt to pursue these careers. It's much more attainable for them who have little to no work experience pursue a short term certificate program that can be lower cost, and essentially pursue an entry level job. Even if it's picking up the phone and scheduling people for dr visits or entering patient records into a system. Even at $10 an hour to start is better than making no money sitting at home collecting welfare. Get them going on some experience with hopes that they'll be ambitious enough at that point to pursue lower level management and get to the next level. Heck, maybe even with an employee who is willing to fork out a few thousand a year to help them pursue a higher degree too. Even small positives can make an impact when you multiple it by hundreds of thousands in this exact scenario.
EAs on this site should ask their directors and managers why they micromanage them. Tell your fellow enrollment reps. to ask the managers to justify bi-monthly one-on-ones. If they persist in bullying you over numbers, anonymously contact the DoE. They will eventually stop this practice or face DoE action. There's just no need for this kind of pressurizing management. As another poster mentioned, this organization only promotes those that are incapable of thinking for themselves--they are sycophantic propagandists, just horrible human beings. Speak out and this practice will halt. It's up to you. Godspeed.

@Shadow I agree that the micromanage ways are not the way to treat employees. This does not promote a positive environment at all. I know many people say just quit, but it's not always that easy depending on your situation. So if you cant quit it doesn't mean you should have to deal with the micromanage ways of some managers. I also agree it's ridiculous to have a one-on-one every two weeks. Most people don't want to talk with their managers because for the most part it's all BS. Some managers are good, but for the most part most of them are not. I have noticed more of this tends to be with the female managers. To be honest I am a female and I noticed overtime with the company that the female managers are just haters of other females. Too much jealousy, I don't understand that frame of mind. I mean seriously you would think the world is coming to an end if you walk past someone and they can't even crack a smile or say hi. Grow up rude managers.
