I'll go without CIP for a bit, as long as company match isn't taken away...
Forget CIP or raises for a while...I'll forego salary increase and bonus to keep my job!
Watch out if the corporate rating CIP multiplier is not a negative number, and they suck half of your check back. Lol
Sometimes nothing is a real cool hand.
Do not you follow news? It's a bloodbath out there.
This question is a joke, right buddy?
If anybody thinks there will be any CIP next year they are delusional !
Who knows what it could be. Two years ago, we received a Corp Rating of 0.85. Does anyone remember that? It could well be 0.50 when we tune-in in February to hear the verdict from Watson. Pay close attention, as the camera will pan away from him quickly after the announcement. And if you listen closely, you even hear him belt out a laugh.
Yes, all surviving employees will be required to contribute 1x monthly salary to Chevron Bail-out Fund aka CBF.
CIP factor will be negative. We'll have to pay Chevron for the privilege to work.
Probably 0.5. Anything else is undeserved.
