Instead of sending a black or white person to fire anyone, make it completely anonymous, like the "Wizard behind the curtain" thing. Everyone goes before a curtain and kneels down in front of it. Out between a slit in the curtain will come a long gloved hand with a letter for you stating if you are In or Out! That's it. Rrandom HRBPs are picked to be behind several curtains, not knowing who exactly the employee is on the receiving side. They just hand out envelopes with randomly-generated serial numbers on it that match the serial number given to every employee before the process begins. No worries of complaints you were singled out for your race or whatever. Suffice only to claim "Chevron fired me".

The less than 0.5% of blacks in management is a GOD SEND since they are making more than their percentage of all the mistakes in Chevron. Thank GOD ITS ONLY 0.5%.
