They should close those coffee carts first .Its crazy how many people. I see there every day ,as I walking to meetings..Instead of getting some actual work done.. Overpaid yuppie douche bags !!!

Ultimately, the restaurants create zero value for the company or shareholders. The same can be said of the fitness center, and I hate to say it, the daycare facility. If we were to be honest, those would all qualify as "non-core assets"

They need to close. It's time for chk to get serious about sizing to survive. All the amenities need to go AWAY! Sorry folks if that's your job but people on welfare don't live in mansions.
