If the proper "clean up" is actually now happening to benefit the company then let's not forget to take care of a dept's policy that could generate some nasty law suits. Corp. quality control dept. has "selectively" rid its self of any staff that is of any ethnicity other than those at the top. it will just take a casual look at past staff reductions to see that this is the case. Minorities....don't bother to apply until this is FIXED
