One Rosetta exec took BPI energy into bankruptcy before he proceeded to debt up and drive down Rosetta to the point they had to be bought or go under. Another Rosetta exec is taking Samson into bankruptcy. Ask any ex Rosetta manager about finance and you will get a blank stare. Noble should worry about putting any Rosetta people into positions of responsibility. These people have NO accountability. No matter how bad Noble was it will continue to get worse if the Rosetta management is not weeded out. You will see

Rosetta management laughing all the way to the bank. Noble took care of their problem and then paid them all HUGE change of control packages. Nobody else in this industry will get paid that much over the next 3 years. Rosetta management gets all that paid up front to them while they hang out at their lake houses
