Why are there so many Manager titles given out to the Finance and Business Development organizations. Never knew a company that had Manager of one or none type titles. Is this to soften up the heard before the slaughter?

Why does the CFO have a less than impressive profile than compared to the Director of Finance at L-3 Camden, NJ. Did Brent Puke or Pugh have a say. Seems to be holding the CSW fort together.

Why are there a lot of high priced Finance Managers STILL in the organization. I thought the consultants should have red flagged this/them as they did operations analysis and predicative regressive analysis modeling to see that poor ROI still exists at the water front facility...

Why is Michelob Mitch of Manufacturing Finance allowed to be around machinery. Someone mentioned the DWI he rec'd in Jan 2014 in Mt. Laurel, NJ from public Police Blotter. Please do not let him on the fork lift. I am not sure if this is true.

Yes, look at the TITLES and yet, admins took a pay cut? Look at finance, one ADMIN who conveniently had her title changed? Wasn't much of an admin, not much better now. Guess it helps to be protected by the CFO/CFO. how did the CEOs asst get her job? Never saw an internal posting and yet, out of the blue, here she is, at a much higher pay scale... Who did she know again???? NYC received all of this info too
Is that blonde, tall tin guy in accounting systems still there bouncing around doing aerobics in the morning like he is Richard Simmons?
Anyone know if that short old Italian guy from S. Philly "Rugs??" still brings is soft pretzels on Fridays so as to kiss ass and to help over compensate for his lack of abilities and doing work at a high level to justify a high old man salary in Program Control Finance.
PS He wasn't the only over priced person in Accounting/Finance/Audit
John Tierney has a spy in the Ops Bldg. It's Mitch Hoagiefest Willie Shoemaker. Tierney is pissed that he didn't get the top job. that makes for a toxic situation.

@YourBoss if that is how the bosses are thinking then they are well suited to work in a 19th century steel mill or perhaps a job with the Social Security administration. I thought we were supposed to be Innovating and excited.
How long do we have to hear everyone bitching about having a job. It's a job and everyone is miserable but paychecks are still being distributed. Bosses stick together and stick it to you, nothing new.
