Many of the frustrations you point out are facts...the sec filings are public and on line (may require some searching, but most current filings are available). You can view what top management is being compensated, it's a public company...what you will see at the highest levels is that employees should expect smart, effective and inspiring leadership from management for all they are being compensated. If you want to stay at Mattel you should feel respect your management and if you don't, you must have some other reason for staying.
No doubt your top management is being very, very well compensated for what is expected of them with or without the details. Most especially at the highest levels.
Everyone has their reasons for doing what they do and those reasons should be respected, maybe you have invested many years, have a family, live close, just like to complain, etc.
If I were senior management at Mattel, I would expect to be held accountable by my hardworking teams. From what I hear this is not the current philosophy at Mattel, it only goes in 1 direction, but I don't know for this sure. Is Mattel management accountable to their hard working employees?
Hard working committed employees have as much a right to expect good leadership as shareholders. And if management is being hypocritical they should be called on it. During this disastrous period, management should welcome being called out by its employees. Is top managent visible and accountable to the employees? If not ask your manager why, unless you aren't prepared to accept the associated risks.
