Mattel fully deserves to crash & burn. Every VP and above sold their soul to get ahead and is surely going straight to hell. Enjoy those choice parking spots while they last, fellas.
Yes, by all means - do their job for them. You will almost certainly be rewarded for your efforts.
And all is still valid. But please, by all means, share any positive changes senior mgmt. has implemented that will really promote and take advantage of the creative minds that are still on board. Major changes that support Mattel's recovery over their own interest, advancements, etc.
