It was not attendance issues. it was corporate made them cut more people. There were only a couple of temps left that they wanted to keep over the fulltime employees. ( guess they were better then the full time) Corporate said not no but hell no.
2nd shift will be moved over to first shift very soon to fill the gaps that are left behind.
a shit bunch from warehouse we cut this year already now they gutted it. V&M falling apart..
Already got rid of of many many many years of experience now what?

I never said I was taking up for them. I simply said most of them weren't in attendance trouble. How did you interpret that from post.
Don't say you think they had attendance problems..... No don't make excuses for these a-holes making these decisions. They are hitting the retirement age employees very very hard and it is shameful.
I wouldn't say most of them had attendance issues. There are several that had issues and are still there. Just got word that 2nd shift was hit hard as well.
From my understanding, most of the people that were let go had attendance issues. There were a couple of people that are at the retirement age and were more than likely given a buyout.
