Gavlik tells us that there will be a pay bump with the new position. Interview, get re-hired, get pay bump. Today offer sheets were laid on desks. Base level pay of $40k ARs in the new SA position... No pay bump. Sign it or don't have a job. There has to be a legal issue here somewhere.

Yes they kept current salary and got extra PTO days
Well it will take a couple years to catch up because you can only get to up to 15% raise each year or the percentage to the next cap per year and then once you are capped out its 3% ea year
Friend told me that this position starts at 48k but people that were hired prior to the layoffs are stuck at 40k until their one year anniversary
I would absolutely love to have the opportunity you guys have
Just goes to show what kind of lying shit bags are running the place.
616 That is hilarious... I hope they do!!!!!! Its ridiculous to pay someone six figures when someone else is making 40k!!!
What about a 6 figure earner who gets an SA position? Do they keep their current salary?
I think this is hilarious!!! So wait everyonehas to take 40k for this pposition???
It is an offer...like an offer letter. You can accept it decline. He can say anything, but the offer letter is the final say. I interviewed with a company several years ago. All during the interview the manager kept floating the salary range. I was called and offered the job and the starting salary was 20k under the discussed salary. I laughed and hung up.
Nothing is solid til in writing.
Nothing illegal...sign it or find another job.
SO hahahahhahahhaaaa
