I have never seen a bigger group of pathetic people who have nothing to do but complain. If you no longer work for UOP, it is pathetic that you cannot get over the fact you are not at UOP. If you still work for UOP, instead of consistantly bitching why not actually do your job. There are far worse organizations to work for, and if the grass is greener somewhere else then quit already. UOP is an open enrollment school, like many others. It is far from a diploma otherwise the retention rate would be higher. The majority of time someone has as much megativity and hate that they consistently preach anonymously, they are miserable in every facet of their life. It is not UOP, it is you!

@Anonymous114174 ----- you probably failed classes at UOPx and that's why your panties are in a bunch. I know plenty of people who hold degrees from UOPx and have great jobs. Get over it.
@114083--It gives me great pleasure to know most of your campus is closing. UOP sells phony credentials and has preyed upon ill-prepared students and the taxpayer for far too long. All for profit schools are rigorless cesspools. Good luck finding any company that will recognize a for profit degree. It's best used as a bird cage liner. It looks like your bird will never rise again.
I couldn't agree more! A diploma mill does not have such a high rate of failure. People go to UOPx because they think it will be easy. I can say for a fact that it is not. Get a life people and go stalk some other company. I love my job and every employee at my campus. Our managers are incredible inside the building, and out. Sadly we will be part of the downsizing next year and everyone here is sad to go. WE have been treated fairly and with respect. Anyone that says different was probably, or is still, a lousy employee.
It's venting and very fun. Some of still work for this joke if a company. It's funny to read the posts from obvious managers and above, some being scumbag investors. They are all going to cry in a matter of weeks when another 1000 are let go and the stock price dips to about $8.00. I hope I get laid off so I can collect unemployment and get my mani/pedi on UOP until early next year. Yessss.

They are going to implement clawback provisions soon and all of the for-profits with tens of thousands of former students destroyed by debt will ensure billions are taken from all of these schools. They are harmful to taxpayers and the public in general, and no amount of change today is going to prevent the sins of the past from burying this company along with dozens of others.
@Get a life people--I know you are nervous.Otherwise, you wouldn't be bothered to post here. Those of us still working here want real change. Stop pressuring is for enrollments. The wheels are coming off and I'm going to make sure that changes are made, hopefully at your expense. Now shut up unless you have real reform measures you wish to discuss. We will change this school or it will slide into the void.
