Dear EDMC genius--you do realize that the stock is practically worthless--the idea of taking a company public while it is still being restructured is, well STUPID but then again you work for EDMC
It's a penny stock. Until it's officially announced that it will be traded by the major exchanges there is no news to report
Dropped to close at 8 cents. Only a small amount of shares trade. A False boom!! Gained a penny overall.
