Most of hiring is outside of the USA. The USA workforce will shrink on the consulting side, other verticals will grow.
It may be real, but the bulk may come from outsourcing deals where we take over whole departments belonging to large companies - e.g., payroll processing, HR, etc. this will result in lower revenue per headcount but in the grand schema of things it'll bring in more profits. the company is changing.
