Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

Time for south indian(non tamil) to look for jobs outside pune

As per logistic MSO mgmt all non tamil south indians will be moved bench soon (on some pretext / in the name of rotation) and asked to move to chennai (to be laid off a month after being transferred to chennai as there is no work there ) so that pune office is free of south indians.

to verify check the march april layoff statistics where in not single local marathi was laid off (even if they are LE5 or spent more than 6 months on bench).

Already AT B4/B5 level almost all south indians have been remved from logitics mso account in pune with full support from local HR and PDAC to jaarei so that it is easy to lable non locals as non performers and fire them easily.

Time to move to safety.

When Syntel want to lay off then, For Pune and Mumbai, chennai HR handle the matter and For Chennai and other location , Pune HR will handle. For onsite HR are threating like anything. All EM , DM , Travel Team, HR all play very tactical game.

looks like time has come for natives of hyd and bglr to investigate who is taking their jobs in their own cities and claim their right full place instead of migrating to these places where outsiders are exploited

this guy seems to dislike north indians too.... he make only local as DM, a north indian sr. manager who was top performance in logitic was released when he asked promotion as DM .

this type of exercise will only make it worse for firm which struggles to attract and retain talent who do the real work. What will happen if this culture starts in other cities like bglr and hydrabad (whre lot of maratees and tameil work)
