Severance Package

I have a quick question for any employees that were already let go. Do you know what the severance package consist of? You dont have to go into details, but was it a set amount of weeks or months across the board or did they give you x amount of weeks or months for each year of work? I am trying to prepare myself for the fall.

Thanks in advance

Those of us that were recently laid off are being paid until the 10th. That's when all of our benefits end as well.

Also, when I was laid off I got 48 hours notice on my healthcare.

Thank you for the information. That sucks. I am a month away from my 6th year.

The severance amount is based on your years of service + your current job grade.

I was laid off and I will confirm the package is in name only. If you are there less than ten years the Mac you can expect at a non-VP level is 8 weeks.

Here is some of the verbiage:

Job grades 1-5, min pay 2wks - Max pay 6wks

Job grades 6-7, min pay 3 wks- Max pay 8 wks
