I'm not sure how he was in his other role but I know the managers who didn't get the SM role struggled with persistence and some haven't been on the phone in years, so it will be interesting to see what they do end up deciding.
I hope they hire him for SA. Would love to be on his team. You know he's gonna lead no matter what position he's in. My fear is that any managers that weren't picked may already have no chance as the company for whatever reason doesn't see them as assets.

EDMC doesn't deserve anyone who is honest and above board. It must be threatening to management keep the honest, hard working employees. Hence, the company appears to be going under.......

They got rid of Matt because he was a true class act. That man would have given his shirt off his back to help anyone. Morales that were to a T. If the company wanted long term survivability and success they would have kept people like him in management. But you know what, in the end he will find a company that will value his worth and he will be compensated accordingly. Great things happen to great people and he will go far no matter what he does. Unlike many, not all, but many of the others they selected for those positions. Best of luck Matt, you truly are a good person through and through.

Give Fleming Hough's job. He is worthless. I couldn't believe Hough got it over Hershey anyways !!!! Hershey is way more qualified for that position with the direction of the restructure... Hence the 2SSAs who took management positions.
