They keep shrinking the workforce through attrition and job eliminations and do not back-fill. The people that remain are doing 2 or 3 different roles and have 2-3 times the workload. I left due to the 60 hour weeks, they have a ridiculous business model that is not sustainable.

I left too due to the same reason. 10% pay cut, 70% workload cut. You do the math.
The people who stay get contract workers to help them.
