Never seen a company that treats it's assets (employees) as badly as they do.
Waco is like a reenactment of the titanic. How many people will realize it and jump to a lifeboat before the ship hits the bottom.

Maybe the quality guys know they don't have the upper management skills in place to go forward.
Three cost analyst, one QC manager, one long term QC inspector, one quality engineer, one repair station manager, two presidents, two vice presidents. Just the short list there are a lot more
