In order for this "restructure" to work, it's going to depend on the managers they select to lead the new teams. If they put all the same managers back in their roles then this restructure is a joke. The same people doing the same thing... You have to start at the top but since they aren'tdoing that they need to start with managers. If there are no changes, then they already know who they are letting go altogether and these interviews are just a courtesy rather than to say: hey we don'tlike you or hey you make too much money. My dear folks and coworkers pay very close attention to who gets management positions because that my friends will be the tell all if this is a restructure or just a way to eliminate their already selected individuals.

@Anonymous110398, this entry sounds very much like what was said before ECMC/Zenith took over Corinthian Colleges--and it wasn't good.
I don't know if I agree with the salary statement. Some of those people perform ... These are the same people stressing like crazy and Iddon't think posts about people being let go based off of nothing helps....
398 I couldn't agree more. If you make over 100k uunfortunately I too believe you will be gone. It's the ugly truth. Start working on your rresume.
Oh please this is all pathetic. They have known who is staying and going for months now. These interviews are an "ethical" way of selecting "the best" candidate for the job. So unless you're in with the managers who couldn't manage an anonymous donation box then you're out. I wouldn't be surprised if they based a lot of it off of high salaries either. How better to preserve an upper mgt salary than by cutting costs of other six figure minions. Face it, they will can anyone to keep their obsurd salaries for anything no matter how "in" you thought you were. I could name names but I'd rather respect the people that made edmc their money and give a big F U to upper mgt who "care"about this country and people about as much as ISIS does. So Ed West, go crash another corporation like the last one you "almost" ruined and do us all a favor and move to Costa Rica while our $ are still worth something. All of you upper managers are sell outs to China and your own greed.
It will be all the same managers. The people in charge aren't going to give up their checks or authority. They have a good thing going with their hierarchy of yes men/women. This may end up being the only company ever with more managers than employees. After 4 years of failure, surely they'll turn things around, right?
This is the new boss, same as the old boss.
