A lot of ass kissers rise to the mid-level management. Those ass kissers know neither petroleum engineering nor scientific research management. They do not respect field engineers and people who really work. This is especially true at the NB technology center.

Na, it's true. SPERRY CANADA is an epic fail. Coordinators don't have a clue & need to be fired. Salesmen are incompetent. DD/MWD managers have leadership skills of a Walmart cashier. It's a shame. That's customers opinion. I know. I work in Calgary

+1 Sperry Canada is too funny. sad watching it erode away for the last 3 years. Peeple that go into the office need to be educated w/ a Uni degree. Uni guys are smart, and can keep work coming, keep us busy. Most of those new guys have no degree. I just want smart people in there, so they can keep my a$$ busy.
