Management said to show "aggressive hospitality" to customers to get them to get club cards. That's an oxymoron and it's just going to push customers away.
I work in an office in one of the stores and there is a guy that's threatened me multiple times in front of witnesses and I've emailed corporate HR along with my bosses boss and my bosses bosses boss and nothing came of it. HR on the store level has not done anything about the situation. We had a presentation on harassment in the workplace but this guy continues to be this way and management doesn't do anything about it because he is sleeping with the boss.
