Let's put down the crack pipe and let's NOT bring Jill back. She was a whack job. Uncle Bob was OK, I think we flourished under Neil, and even in our low points he kept incentives going to keep us happy.
As long as they don't bring in any of the outcasts from disney to run the show who liked to use their corporate cards for wine filled meetings. Or any of the brits from Hit. The last one (allmark) was a nice goofy little bastard but did nothing but promote some of our current crop of dysfunction into their current positions of power.

My boss in NYC told me to start keeping a record of a certain employee. Anything he/she does. Write it down and review it with them because they want to find an excuse to put this person on a PIP. If I don't guess who's going to get slammed?
