I am posting this for the mere fact I was informed corporate is steadily examining this site now because of workplace "gossip" and it this needs to be seen.
Cameron is NOT for a work life balance like the majority of paid reviews on their GlassDoor.com site say. Employees are NOT respected and have lost their desire to work because of this. If you are not a graduate from Westpoint, or some other fraternity (yes, this is a pathetic reality within this company) then you are a nobody with little chances of climbing the "corporate ladder". As for any of the employees who manufacture our actual product line in the shops, ask them when the last time a Corporate Executive took the time to sit and meet with them one on one to see how we can increase production while maintaining their interest in the company without offering overtime? Oil prices will always be up and down, but there are product lines that are not limited to only this. Why aren't the Executives focusing on those lines to help keep Cameron afloat? Why recruit GRDP's to pay if we are in a hiring freeze, we have enough young blood on the payroll? Give back to the employees who invested their time throughout the years and were dedicated to the company! You will realize the majority of Cameron salaries may seem great on paper, but do a simple google search while utilizing the GlassDoor website, and you will notice you are all very underpaid with comparison to the 2014/2015 norm. Good luck all, and start job searching while you can and get out of this rat race of a trap. NO MATTER YOUR AGE, THERE IS A JOB OUT THERE FOR YOU. STICK IT TO THE MAN!
