With all the veterans taking caps and leaving voluntarily there's serious stress amongst managers. Top reps leave = team doesnt hot plan = remaining reps on team get DMs. Is anybody else worried?

It's simple, hopefully they will cut some of the useless AM's that have failed for years
The revolving door of reps...most make it 18 to 24 months...it is a transition job from college to another employer.
Oh. Managers have to actually use their brains instead of their genitals to hit a plan.
