Hate it when they short staff the place and the checkout lines are long. You get a manager paging for all register trained people to get up front Immediately, but they don't come down to help. What ever happened to the good old days when the managers were 1st ones down there checking people out?

The districts want to eliminate all the older managers and the next two older managers are currently in their radar.
Just look what they did in fishing and who was kept.
They would mock him constantly.

Let me guess the Hamburg PA store! The GM and Seniors plus all of HR in Cabelas Hamburg Store should be fired! They have no clue what's going on and the good managers there either left already or are leaving soon! Cabelas is in big trouble.
Those managers are gone, we were discussing that same issue last, week the store manager we had when our store opened helped out on ad sets, moved freight, helped bag but he and the rest have either left the company, moved to other stores or district positions. We still have two managers that I have a lot of respect for (that actually work and take the time to help Outfitters) but they are getting overwhelmed since we've lost one manager and a few leads
