frankly its overdue- working with the home office is a joke- arrogance and ineffectiveness abounds..

What makes you think the stores will be priority #1? Walmart is a for-profit corporation whose major interest is stockholders. People at our store say that it's been going down hill for a few years here and some are retiring as soon as they can. Simple safety issues go unaddressed and good workers are fired because they need time off. Global Ethics doesn't seem to be concerned, from what I can tell.
