Chevron is keeping long time management and those employee who are simply STUPID at their jobs and laying off the good contractors who work hard. On my PMP I got a 1 for some HARD work and still didn't make the cut. I know some individuals who's PMP were rated at 2 and some 3's, however they kept their jobs. They are sure sucking on the right individual. We are filled with these beautiful woman who just come in the company to find an educated, rich male with a successful career in Engineering. They don't know crap yet they make 80k a year as administrative assistant. Really? They take 2-3 hour lunch. Talk nothing but bullshit and of course the world spins around them. Some other people use their sick/emergency leave and take advantage of the company for months and months, nobody cant tell them anything. Those who don't work here think Chevron is an amazing play ground, don't foul yourselves. Chevron is good because the toys (money and benefits) are easy and no management cant say a thing. You do what you want, is like college all over again. You want to party, little work, and f(*&^ the hottest administrative assistants? Come to Chevron. You may also get to purchase a nice car, home, and put some cash into your 401k.

I can't believe I failed to spot any "wild chicks" at work all these years. I need a game please.
I must be hanging out at the wrong buildings.
I'm certain many of us have seen the good looking and fitted bodies our fitness ladies have. I can tell you from personal experience that all of these girls are wild. It's like a free for all. They are always down for the game. It'd too sad to expose people and give out names. Let's just keep it as it is
Expose them anonymously right here in the forum. Who are they having this affair? Names, please.
What is this lesbian affair stuff that I heard was going on in DWEP D&C? It sounds like if you don't go along with it they will fire you.
Not sure it's even possible to "throw out the rubbish", at this point. That would presume management capable of discerning the cream from the froth. No,... at THIS point, it's going to be crisis management. Could be an eye-opener for our esteemed "leaders", or not. Guess we'll see, soon enough.
Exactly because the company is scared of the so called lawsuits it's how bad we are.
Liberal ways and coddling to non-productive social experiments for too many years has brought us to this point. Truly this company will need to clean house and throw out the rubbish, even if it costs the company lots of money defending themselves against lawsuits.
