The problem with getting rid of executives
they still have to pay them big severance packages or what ever they call those packages, and then hire another guy who gets a big ass salary. That's more of the same problem we already have a bunch of over payed ex executives still collecting huge sums of money to not work for Mattel. It's such a mess not just at Mattel but at any large publicly owned company run by the greedy so n so's

Rumors are running rampant in NYC as well. Everyone is really tense here this morning. Not cool and the higher ups have been roaming into each others offices, which is amazing that some of them have any mobility at all.
My hard work + long work hours / poor management decisions = poor morale and my livelihood in jeopardy with the people in charge having no worries.
BTW another article on seeking alpha talking about lego's dominance & mega trying to make a stand. Pathetic.
If there is any justice in the world then Goodman, Viohl, Kilpin, Voss, Swisher, Wadleigh, Down and their associated lackies will be the first to be escorted out the door. Dead weight in the HTC. Show some balls, Sinclair & Dickson, it's time to break up the "Fail Upward" club.
