There are plenty of minor issues throughout L-3 that CS-W and CS-E seem to continuously complain the most about, but Waco-PID takes the cake. They are truly the "Biggest Losers". -$103M is really impressive Q2 performance. Way to go!! So much for our 401k's. Why does Corporate allow this stench to continue?

The massive quality issues at Waco were caused by NF removing the quality director and hiring Durance. That idol brought in the latest set of losers, including one from bell that knows nothing about V VIP MODs, Navy or AF programs. All knew of the issues on the commercial programs but kept their months shut, unless DH or DC said they could speak.
The guy that caused the biggest L-3 / Waco failure is still employed by L-3. Why NF still receives a paycheck just reinforces the perceived ineptitude of L-3 corporate leadership. The guy that directed fraudulent reporting and encouraged the unethical coverup of massive quality issues on the many Waco commercial programs, Mr. Teflon, DC, still continues his reign of terror. The polished turd design provided by Engineering continues to be the stinky turd. JD created and oversaw the creation of this polished turd, with the VP of Engineering, JC, endorsing and rewarding his deficient design. If L-3 thinks that JD and JC can lead them out of horrific failure, then expect a continued devaluation of your L-3 investment.
Corporate allows it because it DOESNT AFFECT THOSE AT THE TOP. They are protected, always protected!!!
