It may not work out the way JANA is thinking, QTL business is also deteriorating at fast speed and getting challenged from all possible directions. "Past performance is NOT a guaranteed of future success" and this cliche seems to apply to QCOM at this time perfectly....only direction I see is down unless our exec pull out some miracle.
It is value-destructive only to QCT. QTL will sky-rocket in value, and that is what JANA is eyeing. They are playing down the destruction of QCT by suggesting that it could be sold off. Who wants to buy a cost center?
