Anyone with a -2 on their PMP the last three years will get a letter or an email Tuesday. Does anyone know anything about this? Then you will hear if you're cut August 11th? If you get one of these letters are you gone for sure? Seems unfair that other years I have had good PMP's, but last year got a -2 and now I'm gone? Anybody know anything?

There is so much discretionary power at the TL and management level in the company that perhaps you may be OK. That said, the same is unfortunately part of the issues the company is going through; too many rear kisses secure high performance rates because the PASA system is set up to keep that kind of relationships alive, even at the TL level. At the same time, be critical and proactive beyond your leadership abilities (yes, there is a lot mediocrity at those layeSr), and you will paid with the lowest rate possibly in your PMP, and will head straight into the butchers' block.
Well, if the goal of the company is to keep the best performers and since a 2- or, especially a 3, indicates you are not considered a good performer, then you are smart to feel very vulnerable. I suggest you update your resume.
It's really going to come down to your current management
I also heard 3 and multiple 2- will be cut. To the extent that if you have those you should just leave now. One 2- with other good reviews probably fine.
I've heard that you will be cut if you've had a -2 or 3 in two of the last three years.
